WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PARCEL WAS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY?
Take a photo of the damaged packaging and send it to us via www.boldpod.my/enquiry and return the package to
the BOLDPOD HQ. We will replace your package at the soonest convenience.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
We ship all around Malaysia using J&T Express (1-5 working days) and PosLaju (5-10 working days).
DOES BOLDPOD HAS WARRANTY?
Yes! We provide a lifetime warranty for each BOLDPOD devices
